070407`s over. =(( and certain friends may know, i went to Jolin's 唯舞独尊世界巡迴演唱会2007. i`ve been waiting for this day right from the start when i got to know she`s coming to singapore for this concert. all along i think she`s someone with super great charisma on stage, someone who can dance and sing rather well. well i was listening to her songs last year as recommended by raymond since my last break-up. they brought me a very different feeling. and thank god this concert fell within my expectations. it`s superbly fantastically fantabulously bombastic. she`s really a dance diva! there was a part during the concert whereby she actually danced with her crews carrying rifles. well reminds me of the fancy drills we have in secondary school npcc days, but i swear hers was much more fantastic! that was just so cool! i was rather sick actually but throughout the concert i just sang along with Jolin and was super excited `cos i did`nt think i could make it to her concet this time and could actually see her performing live in front of my eyes. =) i sang till my voice went hoarse even till this moment. but the only disappointment was her costumes. nothing special actually. i was hoping to see her appear in a princess outfit since she addresses herself as a princess. =( i took some pictures but were too small `cos i`m sitting quite far back. anyways this time have to thank wick kor again, `cos he fetched me and ching fang two-way since he`s also going. before the concert we were waving to one another since him and qian wei were sitting directly opposite our block of seats. he said since as hard as we try waving to Jolin, she may not even see us after all, why not wave to him instead when he can see us. =.= but sparstically, we did that. during concert we still smsed. we agreed that the people in our blocks were not 'high' enough so it`s abit wasteful. but well, in the end i still entertained myself, yes only myself. LOL! the 2-hour duration ended and we went supper-ing @ kovan. and since the sick one cannot take certain food, wick kor and qian wei suggested eating beancurd. so kind and considerate of them. =) as we all were struck by lethargy after supper, we headed straight home in wick kor`s car. i`m currently out of voice and my nose is super blocked. pictures of my genting trip, outings and Jolin's concert. please bear with the poor quailty of some pictures. thank you.
